New Parental Leave Act in Denmark

Parts of the new act entered into force as of 1 July 2022

Take 30 minutes to get an overview of the new rules on parental leave

In March, the Danish Parliament (Folketing) adopted a new Parental Leave Act in Denmark, and several of the changes entered into force as of 1 July 2022.

Parents of children born on or after 2 August 2022 are subject to the new legislation. It is therefore important that you as a company know the consequences as regards employment law.

What significance does the new Parental Leave Act have to your company?

Among other things, the webinar will look at:

  • Why does Denmark need a new Parental Leave Act?
  • What is changing and what is staying the same?
  • What do you need to do as a company?
  • What needs to be communicated to employees and when?
  • What dates are important to note?
